Talking about the
master brewer, Ishan Grover is the
man who realised his passion for beer and opted for the world's coolest art of
making spirit. With his masters in Food and Beverage
Science, which broadened his horizon and with his expertise in Brewing and
Distilling from International Centre of Brewing and Distilling at Heriot Watt
University, Scotland, his only objective is to create awareness about the art
of brewing and take the craft brewing industry to the next level. Currently, he
manages a vast portfolio of over clients, including the Manhattan Group that
operates 6 brewpubs in Gurgaon. According to Ishan, India is a virgin market
where people are less aware of quality beer and the biggest challenge is to
educate the consumer about quality beers.
