WENDY’S LAUNCHES 2ND RESTAURANT IN GURGAON ON SOHNA ROAD
Wendy’s,
the world's third largest burger chain announced the launch of its second
restaurant in Gurgaon at Ninex City Mart on Sohna Road. Sohna Road is a
residential hub with most number of corporate offices and residential area around making it an ideal
location for Wendy’s.
On the launch of the restaurant,
Jasper Reid, Director, Wendy’s India
said, “We are very delighted to open our second restaurant in India on
Sohna Road with a motive of making our brand more accessible to our consumers
in Gurgaon. We believe the Wendy’s food and service experience is unique and
will be well accepted as has been the case with our first restaurant.’’
In
order to make the brand more accessible, consumers can also order the
Wendy’s menu online through Zomato as well as by calling 80-80-80-29-80.
The minimum order for delivery is only Rs.300/-.
Wendy’s was launched in
India earlier this year with the first restaurant opening in Sector 29, Gurgaon
and will have eight restaurants across Delhi NCR by the end of this financial
year. Two more outlets are opening up in Gurgaon, soon. Globally, Wendy's has more than
6,500 restaurants in 29 countries, including its home market.
