The “Ambrosia“ section is a family lounge which opens to 2 open terraces and two private dining lounges on in the middle and at the side……..This area is has ample natural light and also boasts of a fully loaded bar……..The Golden colour used on the pillars, tables as well as the walls adds to the whole ambiance making it lavish and royal…….The 'Bliss' section is the lounge area with a beautiful bar and a stage for live performances and a dark ambiance with lights creating magic.......very youthful and energetic and also opens to a terrace which can be used as smoking area or just casual sit out (not nowadays though).
We started with the platters, Veg
Platter (Indian) consisted of Paneer tikka , hariyali kebabs , dahi kebabs with
ever refreshing mint chutney . The Non Veg (Indian) platter had shammi kebab, seekh
kebabs, chicken tikka again served with combination of chutneys .They have
introduced their international platter which cheese rolls, chicken wings and
much more. We ordered their lovely salads like Caesar chicken which was very
nice. Most of the platter contents are done very nicely and you will keep asking
for more, I bet.
They are doing quite innovative
drinks both alcoholic and non alco. Like the “Betel Bliss” which is a paan
based drink with all the ingredients of paan. The “Secret and Lies” is another drink
which I liked, it was vodka, raspberry syrup, ginger juice and lemon based
zingy drink.
The mains from the Indian section
are also done beautifully. The Dal and the Nalli nihari are some of the
highlights.
Currently they are doing - New HOT
DOGS AND BURGER range. Hot Dogs are ranging from Classic American to Meat balls
and vegetarian version consisting of greens but a very interesting one was the
Tofu with Korean kimchi salad ... absolutely full of flavors. Burgers are absolutely humongous and
tongue tantalizing, available in both veg and non veg.
Dessert section is not be missed at all. It’s, innovation to the core as they have worked
very well with them in creating all of them. They also do the Sugarfree version
too, for the health conscious. Not to be missed desserts are Coconut crème pudding,
Banoffee pie and the Sticky toffee pudding.
All in all a beautiful place to
spend good time with friends and family at real good food and drinks. Also of the
fun and entertainment side of it you can enjoy your time at the “Bliss” which
is the lounge area.
The servers are all ever smiling and on their toes
throughout. Wishing the “ Ambrosia Bliss” team all the very best for all their
