Had a lovely time with some old and some newly made friends.....
Oh my God!!! What a lovely day and what a lovely show of culinary
art......Man o Man , Beautiful Brunch...Cheeses, Dips, salads, cold
cuts, flavored lassis, lemonades, sushi, Live pasta stations, Pizzas, kebabs, galawtis (made fresh) with ulta tawa paranthas ,mutton
burrah, lamb shacks, pork chops, tajine cooking (tajine is a traditional Moroccan terracotta
pot used to cook Moroccan stews consisting of a combination of meat or
poultry and vegetables flavored with spices)....
Mediterranean dishes were good too........Bunny Chow (a South African fast food dish consisting of a hollowed out loaf of bread filled with curry)....and much much more......It was really tough to decide what to start with and then what to have after that and so on.....
Lovely menu specially designed for kids---Liliput
burgers, small subs, pop corn, small cupcakes , sweets , jujubes and so
on.....Children were attracted with the way the food was presented and showcased for them..
They have options for the Brunch Package-- Only Brunch, Brunch with Alcohol...
We had with alcoholic drinks..... Starting with Bubbly Champagnes - Rose as well
as Brut.....Choice of Wines too...(we did not have wine).....Lovely
Cocktails-- Mojitos,, Martinis --Lime, Mango, Coffee margarita..(My favorite) and Old fashioned
whisky based concoctions and mocktails like pina colada , virgin mojito
etc. etc.
Desserts were good too......macaroons, cheese
cakes, cold stone ice cream (they mix 2-3 ice creams with nuts, brownie
etc. on a frozen slab of stone), fresh fruits, gajar halwa, burfees,
chocolate cake,muffins, mousse and so on.......
